Island Images - The Isle of Man's Railways

The original Groudle Glen loco was 'Sea Lion', delivered in 1896 and the sole motive power until 'Polar Bear' arrived in 1905.  Pictured taking a temporary pause in the glen on the climb up to Lime Kiln Halt.
